Acupuncture for Fertility and IVF Support
with Paul Johnson
Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th April, 9.30am to 5.00pm
Accredited by the Acupuncture Fertility Network (AFN)
This two-day seminar will review both the Western medical and TCM understanding of the menstrual cycle and will cover ways of boosting natural fertility and supporting IVF with acupuncture. It will look at troubleshooting so-called ‘unexplained’ infertility, an area where TCM can be of great benefit.
This seminar will also cover all the Western medical jargon and test results that you need to understand to be able to speak to your patients with confidence. A detailed outline of the day’s topics and an application form are in the attached document. Learning will be consolidated with case studies.
This seminar is suitable for third year students and graduates with an interest in learning more about this specialism. Acupuncture has become increasingly used to treat infertility and support IVF over the past decade and provides a large part of many acupuncturists’ income.
Attendees of this course will be eligible for membership of the Acupuncture Fertility Network.
